Okayahh ("we," "us," or "our") is a personal OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracker with an AI coaching feature. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website and application (collectively, the "Service").
By using Okayahh, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access or use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect information necessary to authenticate and identify you. This is handled through our authentication provider, Clerk, and may include:
- Email address
- Name (if provided)
- Profile picture (if provided or obtained via social login)
- Authentication credentials (managed securely by Clerk; we do not store your passwords directly)
If you sign up using a social login provider (such as Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider as authorized by you.
OKR Data
The core of Okayahh is helping you set and track your goals. We store the content you create within the Service, including:
- Objectives and their descriptions
- Key results and their progress
- Focus areas and categories
- Status updates and notes
- Dates, deadlines, and progress metrics
AI Coaching Conversations
When you use the AI coaching feature, we store the conversations you have with the AI coach. This includes your messages and the AI's responses.
Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including:
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and features used
- Time and date of access
- Referring URL
- Device type and screen resolution
3. How We Use Your Information
Providing the Service
We use your information to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Store and display your objectives, key results, and progress
- Calculate progress metrics and pace-based tracking
- Sync your data across devices
AI Coaching
Your OKR data and coaching conversation history are used to provide personalized AI coaching. When you interact with the AI coach, your relevant objectives, key results, and prior conversation context are shared with our AI provider so the coach can give you informed, personalized advice about your goals.
Improving the Service
We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how people use Okayahh and to improve the Service. This includes analyzing feature usage patterns, identifying bugs, and improving performance.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
- Encryption of data at rest
- Secure authentication through Clerk
- Access controls that ensure only you can access your personal OKR data
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure and codebase
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. AI and Your Data
Okayahh's AI coaching feature is central to the Service. Here is how your data is handled in relation to AI:
- Purpose-limited use: Your OKR data and coaching conversations are sent to our AI provider solely to generate coaching responses for you. They are not used for any other purpose.
- No model training: Your personal data, objectives, key results, and coaching conversations are not used to train or fine-tune AI models. Your data remains yours.
- Context for coaching: To provide meaningful coaching, the AI receives context about your current objectives, key results, progress, and relevant conversation history. This allows it to give personalized, informed advice.
- Conversation storage: Your coaching conversations are stored so that you can review past advice and so the AI can maintain context across sessions.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share data only with the following categories of service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:
- Clerk (authentication): Manages user accounts, login, and session management. Clerk processes your email address, authentication credentials, and profile information.
- Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure): Hosts the application, serves content, and provides security features. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses as part of delivering the Service.
- AI provider (coaching): Processes your OKR data and coaching messages to generate AI coaching responses. Data sent to the AI provider is used only to generate responses and is not retained for model training.
We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or safety, or investigate fraud.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You can access all of your OKR data, coaching conversations, and account information through the Service at any time.
- Correction: You can update or correct your personal information and OKR data directly within the Service.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Data export: You can request a copy of your data in a portable format by contacting us.
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

8. Cookies and Tracking
Okayahh uses a minimal approach to cookies and tracking. We use only what is necessary to operate the Service:
- Authentication cookies: Session cookies managed by Clerk to keep you logged in and maintain your session securely.
- Essential cookies: Cookies strictly necessary for the functioning of the Service, such as security tokens and session identifiers.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services that track you across other websites.
9. Children's Privacy
Okayahh is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
